PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Citicoline Injection (CDP-Choline) is a neuroprotective compound used widely in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, traumatic brain injury, and cognitive disorders.
It enhances cerebral metabolism by accelerating phospholipid synthesis in neuronal membranes and improving neurotransmission. Citicoline also helps in stabilizing neuronal membranes and reducing free radical formation.
This injectable formulation ensures rapid onset of action and is often used in emergency neurological settings for its ability to support brain recovery, enhance memory, and improve post-stroke outcomes.
Formulation & Presentation:
- Dosage Form: Sterile Injectable
- Presentation: Clear Sterile Solution in Clear/Amber Glass Vial/ Ampoule (customizable as per market demand)

- 250 MG/ ML
- Route of Administration: Intravenous (IV) or Intramuscular (IM) depending on clinical indication. To be used after appropriate reconstitution or as per clinical indication and recommendation. Reconstituted as per protocol for injection in country of use. To be administered under strict supervision of a qualified doctor or as per physician’s discretion or decision only.

- PRECAUTIONS:
- Use cautiously in patients with severe hypotension
- Monitor cardiovascular status during administration
- Not recommended during pregnancy unless clearly needed
- Avoid abrupt withdrawal in long-term therapy
