PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Salbutamol Respirator Solution is a fast-acting bronchodilator formulated for use in nebulizers or respiratory support systems.
It contains Salbutamol 5 MG/ML and is used for the relief and prevention of bronchospasm in patients with asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and other obstructive airway diseases.
Each 15 ML ampoule provides a stable, sterile solution for hospital-grade administration, offering rapid onset of action and improved airway clearance in acute respiratory situations.
Formulation & Presentation:
- Dosage Form: Dry Powder Inhaler Capsules (for use with a compatible inhalation device)
- Presentation: Blister packs of 30 capsules each for use with compatible DPI device (Customizable as per market demand)
- Available Strengths: 5 MG/ML in a 15 ML Ampoule
- Route of Administration: Inhalation (Via respirator or nebulizer-inhalation route), as per clinical indication and severity (As per physician’s discretion or decision)
Therapeutic Indications:
- Acute bronchospasm in asthma
- Maintenance treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Exercise-induced bronchospasm (prophylactic use)

Side Effects:
- COMMON:

- SERIOUS (RARE):
- Cardiac arrhythmias
- Hypokalemia
- Paradoxical bronchospasm
- Severe hypersensitivity reactions
- PRECAUTIONS:
- Use under medical supervision, especially in cardiac or hypertensive patients
- Monitor potassium levels with prolonged use or high doses
- Avoid mixing with other nebulizing agents unless directed
- Not to be used for relief of life-threatening bronchospasm without emergency medical oversight
