PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Lignocaine + Adrenaline Injection is a combination of a fast-acting local anesthetic (Lignocaine Hydrochloride) and a vasoconstrictor (Adrenaline, 1:80,000).

This dual-action formulation ensures rapid onset of local anesthesia with prolonged duration of effect due to vasoconstriction, which slows systemic absorption.

Adrenaline helps reduce bleeding at the site of surgery and extends the anesthetic effect, making this formulation highly valuable in dental procedures, minor surgeries, ENT interventions, and dermatologic practices.

This combination is widely used by professionals requiring precision, hemostasis, and extended anesthesia without increasing the dose of the local anesthetic.

  • Lignocaine Hydrochloride 2% + Adrenaline 1:80,000 (Equivalent to 12.5 MCG/ML) 100 MG/ 5 ML
• Route of Administration: Local Infiltration/ Nerve Block as per clinical indication. Not for Intravenous (IV) Administration. To be used after appropriate reconstitution or as per clinical indication and recommendation. Reconstituted as per protocol for injection in country of use. To be administered under strict supervision of a qualified doctor or as per physician’s discretion or decision only.

Side Effects:

• COMMON:

• PRECAUTIONS:
  • Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes
  • Avoid use in areas with limited blood supply (e.g., fingers, toes, ears, nose, penis)
  • Avoid intravascular injection – aspirate before injecting
  • Monitor for signs of systemic toxicity, especially with high-volume infiltration
  • Not recommended in pregnancy unless clearly necessary
