PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Fluconazole Tablets are a systemic antifungal medication belonging to the triazole class, designed for the treatment and prophylaxis of a wide spectrum of fungal and yeast infections.

With its high oral bioavailability and long half-life, Fluconazole is highly effective in treating infections like vaginal candidiasis, cryptococcal meningitis, oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis, and systemic fungal infections in immunocompromised patients.

It works by inhibiting the fungal cytochrome P-450 enzyme, leading to disruption of cell membrane synthesis.

The tablets are especially preferred in resource-limited or remote healthcare settings due to ease of administration and once-daily dosing.
