Doxorubicin is a widely used cytotoxic anthracycline antibiotic with broad-spectrum antitumor activity.
It functions by intercalating DNA strands and inhibiting topoisomerase II, thereby preventing replication and transcription in rapidly dividing cancer cells.
This product is offered in sterile Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) format, ensuring safe, convenient, and contamination-free administration, ideal for high-compliance institutional settings and hospital-based chemotherapy protocols.

- Baseline and periodic cardiac function monitoring (LVEF) advised
- Use central line for administration to avoid local tissue damage
- Monitor CBC, liver enzymes, and renal function before each cycle
- Not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Avoid exceeding cumulative lifetime dose (>550 mg/m² in adults)
