PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Docetaxel is a potent semi-synthetic taxoid derived from the European yew tree, used widely in the treatment of various solid tumors.
It promotes the assembly of tubulin into stable microtubules and inhibits their disassembly, arresting mitosis and triggering apoptosis in cancer cells.
Available in sterile Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) and lyophilized cake format with solvent, this presentation ensures enhanced convenience, reduced contamination risk, and suitability for institutional or field-based cancer care.

- PRECAUTIONS:
- Pre-medication with corticosteroids is advised to minimize hypersensitivity and fluid retention
- Monitor liver function and hematologic parameters regularly
- Avoid use in patients with hepatic impairment
- Ensure dilution with recommended solvents before administration
- Use only under supervision of an experienced oncologist
