Description
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Cefixime is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with broad-spectrum bactericidal activity.
It is highly effective against a range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including strains resistant to earlier cephalosporins and penicillins.
The 200 MG Dispersible Tablet offers easy administration, particularly for pediatric or elderly patients who may have difficulty swallowing, while the 400 MG Film-Coated Tablet provides convenient once-daily dosing for adults.
Cefixime works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis and is widely used as a first-line oral therapy for respiratory, urinary, and ENT infections.
